We will reach out to you to confirm your appointment and go over the new COVID-19 questionnaire to analyze your viral risk factors.

The day of your appointment:

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill-out your forms and the new COVID-19 questionnaire. To save time, you have the option of filling out the forms electronically ahead of your appointment, click here to be redirected to our online forms.
• If someone is accompanying you, he/she will have to wait outside as we have a 3-person limit in the waiting area.
• Please remember to enter the building one at a time as we only allow one person in the foyer to maintain social distancing.
• Upon entering the building, we will ask you to:
• wear a mask;
• put on provided clean shoe covers;
• and wash your hands in the adjacent restroom.
• Before proceeding to the check-in counter, one of our team members will take your temperature and screen you. (if your temperature is too high, we will reschedule your appointment to a later date).

 We have installed 2 levels of air decontaminant technology to help keep the air clean and ensure the healthiest environment possible:

• To better capture aerosols at the source, we have installed additional and more efficient suction instruments to reduce by 90% the volume of aerosols and droplets projected during dental treatments .
• To purify and sterilize the air, we have equipped each treatment room, as well as the waiting area with advanced air filtration and sterilization system (including a HEPA-Rx filter and a high intensity UV-C light) which eliminates 99.99% of bio-aerosol contaminants (viruses, bacteria...).
